Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Turkey) 

Domestic shipments are free of charge.

Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Siedres. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

Siedres Tekstil San. ve Tic A.Ş. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

If you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 day days from order to request a refund. Please email info@siedres.com and include:

Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price. 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times. 

You may use any postal service at your own risk, Siedres cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. Siedres reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days from order. Please email info@siedres.com and include:

• Your request

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrect. 

Damaged Items

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@siedres.com and include:

• A photograph illustrating the damage

Cancelling / Cancelled Orders

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud, plead read our terms & conditions carefully.
