WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SIEDRES?
Siedrés garments are available at our online store. You can also see a list of our stockists on our Store Locator page.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, once you create an account, you can save shipping and billing addresses under your profile, view your order history and find tracking numbers for current orders. Furthermore, you can receive emails about exclusive offers, events and other news that are reserved just for our subscribers.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
You can find garment fit notes on each product page. You can also always contact us via email at orders@siedres.com and our Customer Service team will help figure out the best size for you.
I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
We welcome all new customers to Siedrés with a one-time discount of 10%. To get this discount, subscribe to our newsletter and confirm your email address.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
International purchases are completed and credit cards are charged in Euros
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards except international AmEx cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to orders@siedres.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our Customer Service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday—Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the following business day.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard for all destinations besides Russia. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
We dispatch orders usually within 5-7 business days, with certain exceptions. Please note that during sale periods our dispatch time can be longer. Please see the Shipping page for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
International: Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrectly by us.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Finally, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items bought on seasonal sales.

We strive to ensure all items are of the highest standard and utmost quality. However, if you would like to report a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you please contact us via email at orders@siedres.com so that we can review the matter and assist you.
ARE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS SECURE
Certainly. We do not store any credit card details, nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you change your mind after placing an order and no longer want to keep your package, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once you receive them. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Siedrés is not responsible for any shipping-related costs on such orders or orders that were placed using incorrect shipping details. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
