RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of arrival of your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org including order number, name, email address and your request.
Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in seasonal sales.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Siedres cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
Siedres reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days of arrival of your order. Please email email@example.com including order number, name, email address and your request.
If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival of from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
Cancelling / Cancelled Orders
If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email email@example.com including order number, name, email address and your request.
We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.
